Use of Service
Use HUMAX only for lawful recruitment. You own account activity and data accuracy.
Credits & Billing
Credits are non-refundable and expire after 12 months. Pricing may change with 30 days' notice.
Data Processing
You own candidate data. We process it only for HUMAX. You handle consent.
Intellectual Property
HUMAX and its platform materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You own your data. AI outputs are decision support.
Termination
Either party may terminate anytime. You have 30 days to export data before deletion.
Limitation of Liability
HUMAX is provided 'as is'. We do not guarantee hiring outcomes or own hiring decisions.
